Disability Services

Helping those living with a disability to live their best lives through personalized care and support programs that caters to unique individual needs, circumstances and NDIS Plans of people living with disabilities.

Personal And In-Home Care

Our Personal and In-Home Care refers to a range of support and assistance provided by trained caregivers, home health aides, or certified nursing assistants to individuals who require help with daily activities due to illness, disability or aging.

It is designed to help individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their own homes. These services can are crucial for seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness or surgery.

Respite Care

An essential component of a comprehensive caregiving plan, promoting the overall well-being of both the caregiver and the person being cared for. Providing temporary relief to primary caregivers, particularly those who are taking care of individuals with special needs, disabilities, chronic illnesses, or aging-related conditions.

Similarly, give caregivers a break from their responsibilities, allowing them to rest, recharge, and attend to their own personal needs. This temporary relief can help prevent caregiver burnout and ensure that the caregiver can continue providing high-quality care over the long term.

Supported Transport

Tailored to assist individuals who may have mobility challenges, disabilities, or special needs in traveling to and from various locations.

The goal is to provide a safe and supportive means of transportation, ensuring that individuals who may face difficulties using traditional forms of transport can still access the community, medical appointments, social events, and other essential activities.

Mental Health

Our mental health support differs from the conventional GP, psychologist and counsellor methods. It encompasses a range of services, resources, and interventions designed to help individuals facing mental health challenges.

This support can be provided at various levels, including self-help strategies, peer support, community resources, and professional mental health services. The goal is to assist individuals in maintaining or improving their mental well-being and to provide help when facing mental health issues or disorders.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is a model of care and support designed to assist individuals with disabilities or mental health conditions to live as independently as possible in their own homes or in shared living arrangements.

The goal of Supported Independent Living is to empower individuals to develop the necessary skills and confidence to manage their daily lives while receiving the appropriate level of assistance and support.
