Our Community nursing services consist a comprehensive range of essential services tailored to meet the unique needs of our participants through our skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).

Complex Wound Care

Specialized treatment and management of wounds that are difficult to heal due to various factors such as their size, depth, location, underlying health conditions of the patient, or the presence of complications like infection or necrosis. These wounds often require advanced medical interventions and a multidisciplinary approach.

Autonomic Dysreflexia (AD) Management

Prompt recognition, identification, and management of triggers are essential in effectively managing autonomic dysreflexia and preventing complications. Collaboration with healthcare professionals, including spinal cord injury specialists, is crucial in providing comprehensive care for individuals with spinal cord injuries prone to autonomic dysreflexia.

Continence Assessment

Evaluation of patient’s ability to control their bladder and bowel functions. Through thorough assessment of various factors related to urinary and fecal continence, including the presence of incontinence (involuntary loss of urine or feces), frequency of voiding or bowel movements, underlying medical conditions, medication use, mobility, cognitive function, and overall functional status.
